Transferable Skills

Other skills in life will also be useful in your new real estate career.

Oftentimes the consideration to enter into a career as a real estate agent comes later in life, after having done many other valuable jobs. Other times, it may be one's first choice. The decision to make real estate a career may be a good one for you in either case, as you may bring to the table many life and work skills that can be easily transferred into a new successful career.

Many life skills can be easily applied to real estate. We work with you to identify your skills and try to play to their strengths. For example, stay-at home moms looking to enter the work force for the first time often bring to the table an understanding of organization and of the discipline needed to accomplish your goals.

People who are good listeners, who are inquisitive, and are good at asking the right questions will be an asset to our company. Problem solvers and those with the ability to show our customers that you care about their needs are a definite plus.

Our clients enjoy seeing a company that lives by its values. We are not as focused on money as we are on customer satisfaction. If you forget about the customer, you might as well go home.

If you think you have what it takes, come talk with us. We are always on the lookout for quality people to join our team.

After interviewing with several Real Estate brokers in the area I was excited to join with Prudential Verani Realty.

They made me feel very welcome and everyone is always friendly and very helpful. The education, training aids and marketing material is phenomenal.

They make me feel that it's about my success not just the company's success.

As a new agent it is so important to start out in a supportive environment. There is so much to learn and each transaction requires new skills and brings about new challenges. From my first day with Prudential Verani, I have had nothing but positive experiences. The training I received was invaluable, the agents I work with have been incredibly helpful and I think it is the perfect atmosphere in which to grow as a professional.

I chose to work for Prudential Verani because Tina Hagen, my Managing Broker, is an absolute inspiration. Upon meeting her, I felt that I was “home” and would be well taken care of, supported and eager to participate in all of our success! Prudential Verani is very team oriented and fun - I’m so happy I’m starting off an exciting career in the right place!
