One benefit we offer to agents who choose to affiliate themselves with Prudential Verani is unmatched training. Our training is intended to help new agents establish successful careers, and to provide them with access to the ongoing industry information that keeps us at the top of our game.

By joining with us, you can be assured that we will provide the edge you need to be successful in today’s competitive market, and that you will have the best education, technology, and tools available to you. It is important to us that our agents are well prepared and confident, and are able to stay informed about their chosen career. We provide all of the tools, and we're proud of that fact.

One avenue we use involves the services provided by Kathy Roosa, owner/operator of the New England School of Real Estate. Licensed in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts, Roosa has worked for more than 25-years to ensure that real estate agents are the best they can be.

Roosa provides educational services for pre-licensing classes, recertification for current licensees, and training classes that are relevant in all three states. She keeps agents informed about new legislation, practices, and court issues on a regular basis.

There are always changes to the laws governing real estate; things like adjustments to contract law, changes in lead paint standards, and revisions to the forms used by agents in completing a transaction. Through the New England School of Real Estate and our in-house training, Prudential Verani ensures that its agents stay on top of the information they need.

“Prudential Verani prioritizes education for their agents,” Roosa said. “They use instructors to keep agents up to date, to keep informed of changes in the law. I do training for the company on a regular basis throughout the year.”

After interviewing with several Real Estate brokers in the area I was excited to join with Prudential Verani Realty.

They made me feel very welcome and everyone is always friendly and very helpful. The education, training aids and marketing material is phenomenal.

They make me feel that it's about my success not just the company's success.

As a new agent it is so important to start out in a supportive environment. There is so much to learn and each transaction requires new skills and brings about new challenges. From my first day with Prudential Verani, I have had nothing but positive experiences. The training I received was invaluable, the agents I work with have been incredibly helpful and I think it is the perfect atmosphere in which to grow as a professional.

I chose to work for Prudential Verani because Tina Hagen, my Managing Broker, is an absolute inspiration. Upon meeting her, I felt that I was “home” and would be well taken care of, supported and eager to participate in all of our success! Prudential Verani is very team oriented and fun - I’m so happy I’m starting off an exciting career in the right place!
