We’re Excited To Welcome Crystal Maribito To The Verani Family!
Recently joining our Nashua Office, Crystal began her real estate career back in 2008 in Las Vegas. She has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker, Nevada Realty Solutions and Elite Realty and in 2009 was a Top Producer. Her specialties include residential properties - specifically rehab homes, investment properties, first time homebuyers and fine homes.
Prior to entering real estate, Crystal was a company Controller/Accountant for a trucking company that also owned several real estate companies. Overseeing the financial aspect of each business, Crystal became familiar with the daily operations of real estate. “I loved the excitement in the office every day - from purchasing rehabs to remodeling them to selling them. When my boss closed the company in early 2008, I knew that I had found my next career and transitioned into real estate. And by late 2008, I obtained my license.” said Crystal.
As soon as Crystal closed her first home, the market changed and home prices dropped – but Crystal still knew she was doing exactly what she wanted to do. The first home she sold was a rehab that was completely defiled and destroyed and she loved it. “I loved watching my buyer purchase what most would call an eye sore and turn it into something so beautiful. As time went on, the more buyers and sellers I worked with, the more I learned that I love everything about the business. Helping a young family close on their first home, a seller moving on to bigger and better things or an investor picking up an amazing piece of land is so rewarding to me.” added Crystal.
Crystal is excited to serve clients throughout Southern New Hampshire and soon into Massachusetts as she is currently in the process of obtaining her MA license.
Spending time at the beach with her son Tristin (who’s almost 6) is where you’ll find Crystal when she is not working. A true sun worshiper, Crystal has been to several beaches within the US including Laguna CA, San Diego CA, Cocoa FL, Panama City FL as well as more tropical destinations such as Hawaii, Cancun and Guam where she lived for 6 months in 2002. As long as the sun is shining and the sound of the ocean is in the air Crystal is in her happy place.
“I chose Prudential Verani because of their terrific reputation, tools & training. I felt the Prudential name was a great name to brand myself and affiliate my career with.” said Crystal.

In December 2011, Franco took the plunge and excitedly began his real estate career. Additionally, his wife Ai-Thuy decided to join him by offering Tagalog and Vietnamese translation services for his clients. Pulling from his previous experience as a business owner, his exceptional customer service attitude, as well as having the support of his wife, Franco’s real estate career is off to a great start!
Soon after joining another real estate firm, Franco discovered the “Verani” difference. “When I had a chance to talk to Tina Hagen, Prudential Verani’s Nashua Regional Manager, I instantly felt at home and I knew she would help me every step of the way to succeed.” said Franco.

Sarah has always been interested in real estate and over the years has kept a close eye on the market and NNEREN. Having a keen interest in interior design and color, she also finds herself drawn to a property's character and appeal. So it was only natural that Sarah decided to pursue a career in real estate and join the Prudential Verani Nashua Office.
“I feel that I will be able to use my artistic ability to help buyers find the unique qualities in the homes they are viewing and sellers to highlight the special character their home has to offer when selling.” said Sarah.
Building upon her interests, Sarah looks forward to focusing her efforts at Prudential Verani on helping Milford and surrounding area homeowners prepare their homes by assisting with tips on gardening, staging and interior design.
Sarah is no stranger to helping others as she has over 14 years of experience as a librarian’s assistant at the Gilman Library and as an Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep for Stanley Elevator Company. When asked what made Sarah choose PVR? “I contacted my friend and co-owner of Prudential Spencer-Hughes in Wolfeboro to ask her advice prior to my first meeting at Prudential Verani. She told me, without hesitation, that Prudential Verani was THE ONLY place I should consider working. Period. That was good enough for me!” said Sarah.

David's primary focus will be servicing buyers and sellers in Stratham, Portsmouth, Rye, Exeter, Greenland, North Hampton, Hampton and nearby neighboring towns. He also belongs to the Seacoast Board of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors.®
”After interviewing with most of the other brand name real estate companies in the area, I selected Prudential Verani because of their cutting edge technology, training and the professionalism of their agents and managers. Prudential Verani is large enough to provide a wide range of support to our buyers, sellers and agents, yet small enough to care about each one."
We’re Excited To Welcome Kat Sandholm To The Verani Family!
Kat joins Prudential Verani with a lot of ambition and excitement for beginning her new career. She has worked in the veterinary industry for over 16 years, with the last 9 years as a veterinary technician for the Veterinary Emergency Center in Londonderry.

The only thing constant is that every shift is different. I believe my ability to adapt to whatever walks in the door will be an asset in my new career as a Realtor.®” Kat is a member of NAR & GSSBR and will serve the Londonderry area.
Kat and her husband Tom had three children; Michael, Tee and Mary. As a family they are very proud to be active within the community - especially with the Jimmy Fund. In 1995, they lost their son Michael to cancer at the age of 8. After receiving chemotherapy and other benefits from the Jimmy Fund, they now support, contribute to and are advocates for the Jimmy Fund with the hope that there will be a cure someday soon!
They are also very involved in the Rockingham County 4H, with a special interest in the horse program. Several years ago Kat organized the Buckin Buddies 4H club. Her daughters, Tee and Mary, now run the club. During the Holidays they actively participate in the Salvation Army Adopt A Family and Angel Tree Programs as well.
“The reason I chose Prudential Verani was the interaction I saw between the people working here. When I was interviewing, I narrowed it down to two prospects - Verani and another company. The other company had a lot of similar offerings, but the choice became clear when I saw Prudential Verani Associates interacting and enjoying each other’s company. They really seemed happy to be working together. After that, my final interview with the other prospect felt cold. That’s when I thought Verani has the people I want to work with.” said Kat.

NH Return to Work Program Opens Doors for Lisa Eaton, Londonderry Office
In March of 2011, New Hampshire rolled out a new program to not only improve the marketable skills of the state’s unemployed, but to increase their chances of finding a new job. Part of a three-step plan introduced by Governor John Lynch, The Return to Work Program allows people to continue collecting unemployment while receiving up to 24 hours a week training from a potential employer.
Prudential Verani Realty’s very own Lisa Eaton, now a Londonderry Customer Account Manager, was one of those unemployed individuals who learned about this program from the NH Employment Services and saw an opportunity.
“Presenting my participation in the program seemed like it would be intriguing to my job prospects, since I would appear to be a low-risk candidate, already vetted by the State,” Lisa said. “The job-seeker takes all the initiative in this program in finding opportunities, yet through the program, the State provides a great incentive to employers to provide training. It is win-win.”
“It started with a letter from Lisa who introduced herself and showed interest in working for our company. We set up the interview and really liked what she had to say and thought she may be a great fit for our needs,” said Ruth Palitka, Controller. “For the first six weeks we had her in the office doing orientation and familiarizing herself with our company and how we do business, and the State continued to pay her unemployment wages. She was very diligent with her duties so we put together a job description for a Customer Account Manager position and timeline to fulfill her training.”
And Lisa has met our expectations! She has since passed the NH Real Estate License exam and has been working as a Customer Account Manager in Londonderry ever since!
“Verani was willing to take a chance on me and I am so glad the State allowed them to benefit through the Return to Work Program,” Lisa said. “This has been an amazing opportunity for me. The work program helped me get my foot in the door and I could not be happier that I took advantage of it.”
