If you're not learning, you're not growing.

If you're not learning at least one new thing each day, you might as well be a vegetable. You can't possibly know everything there is to know about every subject. Things change fast in the world and that definitely includes real estate. Just as I have said before, if you don't change along with the world, you will be left behind. And if you're not learning and growing in your business, what are you doing?

You should want to be on the cutting edge and up to speed in your industry so that you can still be relevant to your target market. That's why I came to Prudential Verani. Classes and training aren't a chore or someone telling you what you have to do. Going to training and continuing education classes is fun. Even though it may be a subject I've heard before, it's delivered in a new and refreshing way, so that I do learn at least one new thing every time. I know everyone says, "If I knew then what I know now, I would have transferred here a long time ago!" That statement is so true...but you won't really believe me until you make the change yourself. Debbie Gallant, the trainer, is so knowledgeable and her enthusiasm is infectious. She obviously enjoys what she does. I could go on, but I'm sure you have heard it all before.

Steve McGuire, VP of Business Development, also does a great job explaining the website to us agents, despite the fact that many of us are not very technically inclined.
