Community
Our REALTORS® in general tend to be very active in their community. We give so much back in support of local clubs, community organizations, charities as well as annual events like the coat drive. It’s about making contact, caring and developing a sense of community and giving back where we can. It’s speaks to the very heart of our company and associates. I am a firm believer in having our company be involved in the communities they serve, for recognition of our name, yes, but also for the importance of making community service a priority, especially in these difficult times, when helping others in need should come before personal gain or our corporate success.
Here in the Hampton office, with the cooperation of many of our agents, we have been able to help during the winter months with the soup kitchen at Hampton Beach.
In addition, I do hospital ministry at Portsmouth Regional Hospital, prison ministry for Rockingham County, and child care at Families First, located in Portsmouth. I love it all!

Our firm is known for our annual coat drive. This past year, we collected and distributed over 11,000 coats, and in 2008, over 13,000. The Verani’s are committed to having their associates give back to the communities that have helped us to succeed.
As a company, we are very involved with The Salvation Army, particularly its “Kids Café,” a kind of a soup kitchen for inner-city children. It offers nutritionally balanced meals served "family style," as well as tutoring, and after-school programming. We have been working with the Salvation Army for 15-years and I sit on their Advisory Board.

Prudential Verani not only gives its agents the moral support needed to accomplish our goals, but they are also behind us with sponsoring events that enable us to branch out to the community. Just last month, our new homes division contributed to a military appreciation gathering that the Portsmouth office initiated. We had the opportunity to meet new people and were successful in helping our troops with much needed supplies.
DID YOU KNOW?
If an agent reports doing $1 million in sales, that does not mean he or she made a $1 million. That is because that number reported represents the total value of property sales and not the agent's personal income.

For the past eight years, Prudential Verani has been rated in the top 50 of all Prudential franchises in the world.
DID YOU KNOW?
There are very few real estate companies in New Hampshire that are 43-years-old or older, as is Prudential Verani.
DID YOU KNOW?
In 2009, Prudential Verani was the top selling agency in Rockingham, Merrimack and Hillsborough Counties, even as they faced a tough economy.
DID YOU KNOW?
There is a notable difference in training and mentoring. Prudential Verani takes it light years further by offering a comprehensive education program supported by coaching for life.
DID YOU KNOW?
There is no one style in real estate to be a success. Each agent finds what works best for them.
DID YOU KNOW?
As an agent, only you set the limit to your income. It is up to you what you earn, based on what you are willing to put into establishing and growing your business.
